A Personal Note
Bamboo Bows is a one-man operation—run by me, with the support of my wife and our son. Every bow I build is crafted with care, precision, and pride. I take custom orders very seriously and dedicate myself to each one. That said, there are times when I become backed up due to high demand or the nature of handmade work. I will always do my best to provide an honest and realistic estimate for your order’s completion.
Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, DPD, FedEx, and PostNL. Once your order has been booked for shipment, you will receive a track and trace email so you can monitor your delivery.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We care about sustainability. Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled paper. I primarily use paper, foam, and other recyclable materials to securely pack and protect your order during transit. Nearly all materials used in our packaging can be recycled after delivery. Please keep the box and materials for a minimum of two weeks in case of return is needed.
Delivery Times
- In-stock bows and accessories are generally shipped within 7 working days after your order is finalized.
- Custom orders, including custom bows, have a significantly longer lead time due to the nature of the work and current demand. As of now, the waiting list for custom bows is approximately 8 months or more.
